How do I take it?
Simply drop 1.5ml on to or under your tongue each day- thats it! If you prefer, you can add it to your smoothie/drinks etc but they are designed to be taken alone.
When will I see changes in my skin?
Allow 12 weeks for full results to be visible as some ingredients such as Vitamin C take this period of time to fully work. Some customers tell us they see changes from as soon as 4 weeks but it is all dependant on other factors such as age and your cell turnover speed.
Does it contain gluten, nuts or diary?
No.
Can I take it alongside my other RUCI supplements?
Yes! All our supplements can be taken alone or together. Each formula is unique and contains different ingredients, even the few ingredients that do cross over other products are still within safe daily amounts so all supplements can be used safely alongside each other.
Whats the difference in taking liquid supplements to capsules or pills?
We chose to create liquid vitamins for a number of key reasons, the most important being RUCI understands that all nutrients must be in liquid form before they can reach the cells in your body, where they are used. The closer the vitamins are to this form the faster and more completely they will be absorbed by your body. This makes our vitamins ready for absorption as soon as they are taken. We also found it much more convenient to simply take our liquid vitamins on the go, anywhere anytime. The small bottle means it can easily be taken with you on the go and taken alone.
How long will the bottle last?
The bottle is a months supply (33 days). You take 1.5ml everyday. We have included a pipette with markers for your ease.
How quickly do I have to use the product after opening it?
We advise using it within 45 days of opening and storing it in the fridge.

The bottle is a months supply, we included 33 servings per bottle to allow a couple of days extra use for our customer incase of delays with shipments etc. You take 1.5ml everyday.
The dropper inside the amber bottle is marked for your ease with the correct serving amount. Some customers find it easier taking 0.5ml 3 times.
Is there anything I should be aware of?
Illuminate & Hydrate contains the most ingredients so it is important you follow these tips when using this product.
Ensure the bottle is stored in a cool, dry place or a fridge. Give the bottle a good shake before use. Ensure the pipette has no product left inside before placing it back into the bottle as the liquid can crystallise and cause a blockage if not emptied properly. If the pipette does have a blockage, simply clean with warm sterilised water.

A cool dry place or fridge. Any heat may alter the stability of the liquid.
