Are these products suitable for vegetarians & vegans?

No, Collagen Plus is a marine collagen, so contains fish. Our other liquid supplements are all vegan.

Can I take your vitamin supplements whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?

We would always advise speaking to your health care practitioner before starting to take any new supplements.

From what age can these supplements be taken?

Our supplements are suitable from the age of 12 upwards.

How do I take it?

Collagen Plus

You simply take 15ml each day, thats it! It is a sweet fruity flavour so tastes great too. If you prefer, you can add it to your smoothie/drinks etc but they are designed to be taken alone.

It is often advised you take your supplements first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is correct but this supplement contains Zinc, so please always take with or after food to avoid feeling nauseous.

- Take around the same time each day

- Contains zinc so may make you feel nauseous if taken on an empty stomach

When will I see changes in my skin?

Allow 12 weeks for full results to be visible as some ingredients such as Vitamin C take this period of time to fully work. Some customers tell us they see changes from as soon as 4 weeks but it is all dependant on other factors such as age and your cell turnover speed.

Does it contain gluten, nuts or diary?

No.

Can I take it alongside my other RUCI supplements?

Yes! All our supplements can be taken alone or together. Each formula is unique to the skin complaint it targets & we understand people with breakout skin may still need hydration or anti-ageing benefits too so all supplements & our collagen can be used safely alongside each other.

Whats the difference in taking liquid supplements to capsules/pills?

We chose to create liquid vitamins for a number of key reasons, the most important being RUCI understands that all nutrients must be in liquid form before they can reach the cells in your body, where they are used. The closer the vitamins are to this form the faster and more completely they will be absorbed by your body. This makes our vitamins ready for absorption as soon as they are taken. We also found it much more convenient to simply take our liquid vitamins on the go, anywhere anytime with no need for water, a glass, etc. The small bottle means it can easily be taken with you on the go and taken alone.

How long will the bottle last?

Collagen Plus is a months supply (30 days).

The liquid supplements are 33 days supply.

How quickly do I have to use the product after opening it?

We advise using them within 2 months of opening and storing them in the fridge.
